We have a lifetime guarantee for all of our products. If your bag breaks we will send you a new one no questions asked. Our goal at Pacific Sunday is to build the greatest brand of all time, and we refuse to have an unhappy customer. Reach out to us anytime if you are not happy with something, or have any questions. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
See above. If your return is anything resembling acceptable we will process a refund or replace your product no charge. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@pacificsunday.ca.If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will arrange a suitable return or exchange. There is no time limit to our guarantee.
