Incredible quality and value for the package, and bonus it’s a Canadian company.
So happy with it, strongly recommend for anyone in the market 💯
High quality bag with great attention to details overall, my favorite feature about the bag is the doubled velour straps so it’s more comfortable on the the shoulders.
We spotted PacificSunday by chance in a YouTube golf video where the brand was showcased. We immediately looked up the website and were impressed by the bag descriptions and the sharp product design. We have been searching for truly waterproof and lightweight bags for a long time, especially ones we can also use for travel, so this was a real win. The bags look fantastic in both design and build quality. We cannot wait to take them out on the course.
We went for the Wormburner and the Bomber bundle. With the embroidery and the engraving, the bags reached us in Switzerland within ten days, and Zamian kept us proactively informed about the shipping status throughout. I have a feeling these won’t be the last orders coming from Switzerland. ;-)

Got the bag late season so I've only had it on the course once, but so far it's a great bag! The shoulder straps are super comfy and sit well on my back. Lots of pocket space. The drink sleeve is within reach when walking with the bag on. Clubs still clang a bit when walking, but better than my last few bags. The bag sits very sturdy on the legs. Not much else to say except the colorway is fantastic, definitely sticks out better than the generic black bags that are always around.
After spending too much time researching bags, I decided on the Bomber and am absolutely thrilled with it. The bag is easy to carry, dry in the rain and just a great overall bag. Would definitely buy again.
TLDR
This has been a fantastic bag over the last summer. I’ve managed somehow to play 150+ rounds of 9 & 18 combined; majority have been walking so I’ve put it through its paces. It’s lightweight, pockets are huge, this is more a hybrid bag than a straight up carry bag due to its innovative features! Love Pacific Sunday Tour bags and the company who’ve brought them to life!!
Originally I bought a bag for my son’s 19th (Gambler) to replace an old Canadian Tire/Portchek TPX bag that had been in use for about 5yrs. It was okay for our needs but I wanted something higher quality and unique on the course. In seeing the quality I quickly decided my old OGIO was due for replacement. I received the Wormburner and couldn’t have been happier! I walk 9 holes before work every day and wanted something that would stand up, and boy has it.
Pacific Sunday Tour bags compare and exceed anything any of my playing partners have. The zippers work flawlessly after a very heavy use season, the waterproofing is perfect for those sudden squalls we may encounter. The small features (glove pocket, lined valuables/sunglasses pocket, magnetic rangefinder pocker, Velcro glove holder on the handle, molded carrying handle, cart strap pass through, umbrella sleeve, carbon fibre stand legs, deep accessories pocket and huge garment pocket) all combine to make this a terrific package for all golfers. The straps have held up to an extreme amount of abuse given how much I carry it with nos signs of wear. Nothing has failed o the bag despite my best efforts to challenge the build quality!
One thing that draws most people to Pacific Sunday Bags is the style. The crew in Victoria, BC has a keen eye for style and manages to be both bold and underrated at the same time. They stand out for all the right reasons and are unique enough that no one else will have the same bag as you in your group. I get compliments every time I play with new people, and they always ask where I got my bag. I’m always keen to show it off and hope to see their bags in pro shops all over the country and abroad next season! Love this
bag!
Perfect marriage of style and function. Thoughtful touches, great design. And a Canadian company!!!
I live in the Pacific Northwest and just played my first round in the rain with my new Wormburner series Pacific Sunday Tour bag…and it was awesome! Everything worked perfectly and the bag kept my equipment bone dry! I’m really glad I discovered you guys…thanks for such a high quality and uniquely styled golf bag. I will never play another bag…if this bag ever wears out before I do…I’ll be back to buy another Pacific Sunday…simply the coolest bag in golf!
Thanks!
Dan
lots of pockets inside and out, great durable zippers. Shoulder strap is highquality and very comfortable to wear!
This is clearly the best golf bag I have ever owned. It’s tough and durable. It is waterproof in all of the right places and it actually works. The decor is unique and bespoke, attracts lots complementary remarks. I feel like a million bucks with this bad and accessories.. even when retrieving my ball from the water hazard. I do wish I had the matching worm burner hat when I purchased. Seriously, this is a high end product. Canada needs more companies with product and real customer care like this.. I wish PS all the best
This has been an awesome bag. It has a great quality feeling to it and I like the features.
Had an issue with one of the straps holders coming undone but Zamian took care of this right away. Awesome customer service, which is somthing that you don't get with the large manufacturers.
One of the best things is they are a local Canadian company!
This bag checks all the lists that I require in a bag. Lightweight for carrying, a strap loop for a cart, waterproof zippers on all pockets, and a colour scheme that stands out but isn’t obnoxious. The matching head covers, towel and hip pack is a great addition to the scheme.
The magnetic pocket in the middle was a necessity for quick access, and the shoulder straps are removable with chrome plated clips. Shoulder pads didn’t hurt or dig in to the shoulders, and the carbon fibre leg stands are a nice touch.
Let’s not forget the top tier customer service and communication between myself and Pacific Sunday.
I’ve used this bag for 15 rounds, and it has held up to top standards when carrying, riding a cart or pushing/pulling a manual cart. This is my second bag from Sunday Pacific and am looking forward to their future collections.
The quality of the product is truly exceptional…far exceeding expectations. The bag and packaging alone are impressive and reflect a level of craftsmanship that immediately stands out. It’s clear that the design team takes immense pride in their work; each themed piece feels intentional, creative, and well-executed. A job very well done. I’m thoroughly impressed.
Recently, I have retaken up golf. After some years away and several moves, my old equipment was either lost or damaged. In addition to filling out my club set, I needed a new bag… my old Walter Hagen had seen some better days. Doing my research I seemed pretty set to go with a Sunday Golf Bag, specifically the Costco model known as the “Sunday Pacific”. After falling down a rabbit hole and reading more and more reviews I accidentally came across “Pacific Sunday Golf” in my searches for “Sunday Pacific Golf”. Silly google, but it ended up being a great mistake.
I combed Pacific Sunday’s website and although all the designs looked incredible, the Wormburner caught my eye. Not only for the aesthetics but its namesake fits my golf style (I need to get better). I found some reviews online as well as on their website and for a premium small batch bag I felt the price was completely reasonable. I took the plunge and just received the bag. I am excited to get it on the course come this Thursday, but before then I wanted to put together a few points that may help others in the same search I was just recently in.
Design & Build Quality
This bag specifically boasts a timeless plaid pattern complemented by rich brown accents, giving it a vintage aesthetic. Like I said, the pattern really stood out to me. However, aside from the patterns and looks but more generically; all their bags are extremely lightweight… weighing in at just 4.75 lbs. Lightweight bags usually sacrifice build quality and durability but it does not seem to be the case with Pacific Sunday. Admittedly, it is not battle tested yet but certain aspects give me confidence. The carbon fiber legs seem to provide sturdy support and the handle is well designed with the push down mechanism to engage the legs. The material feels high quality and is said to be waterproof. A huge plus in the Northeastern Pennsylvania area I play in.
Functionality
It is said to be designed “with the golfer in mind” and I agree with that. It offers features that when asked what I want in a bag it had already thought of. Including::
Waterproofing: As mentioned the fabric seems resistant and comes with a rain hood to keep your gear dry during unexpected showers, which are common in my area. So this was a must.
Storage: Equipped with a magnetic rangefinder pocket, a large insulated beverage pocket, a valuables pocket lined for protection, along with many others. Apparently you can ice the cooler pocket as well, although I haven’t tried this out yet, but will on the 90 degree Thursday I have scheduled.
Accessibility: Not only does the back strap feel very supportive and comfortable but it also has a cart strap pass-through that also still allows easy access to all pockets while attached to a golf cart. A lot of pass-throughs I saw when looking would block some of the most important pockets.
Dividers: The 4-way full-length dividers are lined and feel really nice. However, this is my one qualm about the bag. I PERSONALLY have always stayed away from 4-way, and like more dividers so my clubs are not banging as often. However, when I debated the pros and cons, the lightweight and aesthetics, this 4-way system gave me the courage to stray away from narrowing my search that only included more dividers that I normally look for. I have yet to test it at the course but with my clubs in it, it seems really sturdy and I do not foresee a lot of clubhead banging.
Unique Features
All of their collections are said to be limited edition. They reinforce this by including a NFC tag under the patch on the magnetic pocket. This chip provides a certificate of authenticity and indicates your bag's number out of the 100 made, making each one unique. Additionally, right at checkout I was able to add embroidery services at a very fair price to truly make my bag one of a kind. The embroidery perfectly matched the coloring used elsewhere on the bag too!
Final Thoughts (for now)
Although I haven’t brought it to the course (yet), the Wormburner Bag from Pacific Sunday seems like much more than a golf bag; it's a statement piece. It's a blend of character, design, modern features, and limited-edition status. There are so many bags out there that I wanted to be a little unique and this fits the bill.
